SPECIFICATIONS
- Greet customers and present menus
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer complaints
- Set tables, serve food and drinks, and clear tables
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Ensure all food and drink items are accurately priced and recorded
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Keep updated on menu offerings and promotions
- Prepare tables for special events or functions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and communicate customer requests and special dietary needs
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Attend to customer needs and refill drinks as necessary
- Perform light cleaning duties and assist with dishwashing as needed
- Report any supply or equipment needs to management.
