Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in construction or a related field
• Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and techniques
• Physical fitness and ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Familiarity with building codes and safety guidelines
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials and costs
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in all weather conditions
• Flexibility to work varying hours and to adjust to changing job sites and project needs
• Ability to operate heavy equipment, such as bulldozers and cranes, as needed
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities as needed.
