  • Proficiency in using office equipment, including telephones, fax machines, and copiers
  • Familiarity with office software, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Basic math skills for handling payments and managing invoices
  • Ability to work well with a diverse group of people, including customers, clients, and coworkers
