• Physical fitness and ability to lift, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and ability to use personal protective equipment as needed
• Basic math skills for handling payments and managing invoices
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to adapt to different gardening environments, including residential and commercial properties.
