SPECIFICATIONS

  • Greet customers and present menus
  • Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer complaints
  • Set tables, serve food and drinks, and clear tables
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Ensure all food and drink items are accurately priced and recorded
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Keep updated on menu offerings and promotions
  • Prepare tables for special events or functions
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and communicate customer requests and special dietary needs
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Attend to customer needs and refill drinks as necessary
  • Perform light cleaning duties and assist with dishwashing as needed
  • Report any supply or equipment needs to management.

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and other items as needed
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is a plus but not required.
